Position Overview

Eyeota seeks a talented and resourceful Agency Partner to join our Sales team in Sydney Australia. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the world of Programmatic Advertising and Big Data, along with a desire to continue to grow and sharpen their sales skills.

The goal of this position is to nurture and grow select key agency groups and trading desks that currently partner with Eyeota. Additionally, this person will be responsible for net new relationships and growth strategies among targeted agency groups and trading desks. Successful candidates will be driven, embody strong relationship building skills, have solid written and verbal communication skills, and be a proactive team player that embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Eyeota. This role will have a sales target aligned with the Australia and New Zealand region.

What Will You Do?

  • Stay on top of industry and market trends to understand the advertising ecosystem and the market factors that drive decision making.
  • Nurture and manage existing agency groups and trading desk business, relationships and overall satisfaction.
  • Identify, develop and grow new relationships with agency groups and trading desks based on a targeted list.
  • Continuously identify strategic client accounts within the remit that would benefit from continued education and growing their data/digital adoption.
  • As the data strategist and data specialist for your clients, continuously analyze various data points, such as client level data, agency data and brand account activity, to make informed recommendations and decisions.
  • Collaborate with Eyeota’as data suppliers on mutual client opportunities, and present new data suppliers to agencies and clients.
  • Work closely with internal groups (such as other sales leaders, marketing, product, sales support) as you define opportunities and focus on growing existing accounts and audience solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams globally to ensure we are tracking and responding to requests in a unified and timely manner.
  • Evangelize Eyeota’s message, products and best practices to our customers and our industry.

Who Are You?

  • 2+ yrs Sales/Account Management experience with BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic & data ecosystems.
  • Existing Agency/Trading Desk contacts preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office, strong technical aptitude.
  • Able to work within a complex ecosystem and deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships with high standards of professionalism.
  • Desire to grow into a larger role within the organization.
  • Able to coordinate across multiple departments internally and externally and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
  • Problem solver, self-starter. Self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working from home / in a remote working environment.
