Rentokil is looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team based in Melbourne on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be based out of our Hallam depot and covering the South Eastern Suburbs. We will get you qualified and licenced while you work. Work autonomously, working with domestic and commercial clients, inspecting premises, eliminating pests, building rapport with clients.

Duties

• Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of termites
• Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
• Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
• Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
• Developing and maintaining long term customer relationships

Requirements

• Full Manual Australian driver's licence
• The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
• Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
• Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, references and police checks
