JOB DESCRIPTION
Featuring panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, Epicurean will feature a wealth of international cuisine. The impressive offering will include fresh seafood, Sushi & Sashimi, Chinese, Indian, Western, and a chocolate fountain as a focal point of entry. All Day Dining will be available across Epicurean’s sizable and classically elegant indoor/outdoor space.
We are currently looking for talented and experienced Western buffet style cook to join the Crown Sydney Epicurean buffet culinary brigade. If you have proven experience in working in a volume production style kitchen or buffet style venue then we would love to hear from you!
Key Selection Criteria:
Strong experience in a high volume kitchen across multiple sections
Experience in multiple cuisines highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work as a part of a team environment
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
