Job Description

Junior Routing Analyst
The Position:
Working with one of Australia's largest telecommunications companies, this role will be primarily responsible for analysing, monitoring and configuring business rules and algorithms within the schedule optimisation engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining real time schedule reports/dashboards
  • Governance of business rule or system configuration changes
  • Generating reports identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
  • Detailed data analysis to identify blockages in terms systems and processes

Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years' experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Post Graduate qualifications in IT would be favourable with at least 2 years practical experience in a related work environment.
  • Strong communication & customer service skills.
  • Collaboration skills to achieve results in an inclusive manner.
  • Ability to multitask and proactively identify operational risks.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, ability to interpret data, and ability to provide pragmatic recommendations to mitigate business and operational risks.
