The Opportunity

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an energetic and hardworking individual to join the QLD Dulux Trade Sales team at Townsville. As the successful Territory manager in this highly autonomous role, your key focus will be servicing, maintaining, and growing the existing Dulux customer base consisting of painters, builders, and asset owners. You will predominately be on the road visiting your customers to gain sales, influence buying habits across our store network, and to upsell premium brands. When not out on the road you will be planning for the days ahead, booking sales meetings, and diligently developing individual gap plans for key growth potential customers ensuring a consistent, structured, and targeted approach.

  • Great energy and enthusiasm with a genuine, down to earth attitude
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience with CRM’s, Excel, and word at a minimum
  • Lateral thinking and problem solving
  • Experience within the Trade Sales/Construction Industry will be highly regarded.
