An exciting opportunity to assist small business owners expand their skills by introducing them to this government funded program which offers free or subsidised courses, workshops, webinars and one on one coaching across all aspects of business.

If you enjoy connecting with business owners and are passionate about seeing people succeed in the world of small business, then you will thrive in this role.

This is a face to face - business to business role where you will be visiting potential clients in their workplace and offering solutions to their gaps in knowledge including the digital components of business, marketing, design and social media as well as time management, goal setting, business planning and other business topics.

You will be given product training and the ongoing support to ensure you are able to clearly communicate the benefits of this government funded initiative that is designed to see small businesses in Australia succeed.

Duties will include:

• Visiting business to introduce the programs and services on offer
• Signing up business owners to free workshops and coaching sessions
• Answering any queries regarding the workshops and training sessions
• Aligning the relevant courses to the client’s needs
• Lead generation for potential clients and following up with phone calls
