Experienced Human Resources (HR) Representative

Position available in Kewdale, Perth

Type of contract: Permanent

This position will be based in Kewdale, Perth with potential travel requirement to Perth city and Jandakot.

Job Summary

The HR Representative provides generalist HR support to assigned business lines across all relevant APG locations. The incumbent is required to partner with the assigned business lines in order to support business requirements.
The role focuses on all aspects of HR including but not limited to recruitment support, performance management, grievance resolution, compensation & benefits management, training & development, managing intercompany transfers, etc. In addition, the role will also support on the implementation of various policies, programs & procedures as assigned by the Division HR Business Partner.

Requirements

· Reside in Perth and have the right to live and work in Australia

· No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement

· Able to start immediately

· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Commerce with minimum 3 years' Personnel or HR generalist experience

· Proven HR experience, preferably in a multi-national company in similar capacity

· Proven digital capabilities

· Proven computer skills – Microsoft Office Suites, SAP, etc

· Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

· Excellent English communication skills written and verbal

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff at a global level

· Willing to embrace challenges, with an assertive and diplomatic approach

· Resilient to frequent organisational change

· Able to resolve conflict, handle complaints and manage complex situations

· Able to problem solve, confront issues and provide feedback to staff

· Able to multi task and be flexible in approach to daily work activities

· Demonstrated organisational and time management skills

· Ability to motivate individuals and groups to achieve common goals

· Experience using multiple HR systems desirable

· Proactive attitude and great initiative

· Fast learner

· Team player

· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

· Good organizational and time management skills
