Eagers Automotive (AHG) is currently seeking a well organised and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist with a professional phone manner to join our dynamic team at Southside Mitsubishi, in Cannington.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for assisting with incoming telephone callers by determining the purpose of calls and forwarding calls/visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
Additionally, you will act as the first point of contact for all incoming customers, clients and suppliers.

This role will provide 25 permanent part-time hours, working 1pm - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Occasional availability for Saturday morning work would be highly regarded.

Duties will include:

• Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
• Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
• General administration duties and housekeeping

To be successful in the position you will need to have the following:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
• Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail;
• Have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

It is essential to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, plus the ability to liaise effectively with state office team members, dealership employees, visitors and customers. The successful candidate will possess the ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment in this fast-paced role.
