Integration & Empowerment Services (IES) is a Disability and Aged Care Service provider based in Ellenbrook, Western Australia. IES provides a range of holistic support services including premier in-home care, community and social supports, support coordination and more to residents of the Perth Metro area.

We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC SUPPORT STAFF to join our dedicated team. In this role you will be providing domestic support to clients from a range of diverse backgrounds, working together to help meet their goals and needs. At IES you will become a valued part of a dedicated team, who work collaboratively and holistically to ensure that each client’s support is tailored to the individual.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication skills and use of the English language both verbal and written.

Take pride in your work with the ability to prioritise workload and work independently.

Demonstrated skills and experience in professional housekeeping and ability to complete heavy-duty cleaning of residential premises.

Computer literate

Experience working with clients with disabilities desirable.

The ability to problem solve, be flexible, think on your feet and show compassion toward others.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to adhere to the organisations privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures

Ability to remain discrete when working at a clients premises

Willingness to travel up to 40 minutes to clients premises

Ability to adhere to the organisations OH&S policies and procedures

Experience in providing professional domestic support.

Current ‘C Class’ motor vehicle driver’s licence (not on P or L plates) in addition to access to a reliable registered motor vehicle with a minimum of third-party insurance

Satisfactory national Police Certificate (on commencement of employment and updated every three years per the Aged Care Act 1997).
