About The Company

The client we are working with is a beautifully run hotel in the southern highlands. They have over 60 rooms at their hotel and a number of private amenities available to staff and candidates. Their restaurant serves a mixture of French Australian cuisine. Heading into Spring the hotel is known for their functions, holding a large number of weddings and events every week. The team you'll be leading is very established and is just needing that final leadership position to push their skill set to the next level.

About The Position

The role is for a Head Chef who is wanting to advance their career and take a more regional position working at a beautiful hotel. We are looking for someone hard working and bright but above all else is creative. While experience as a Head chef is highly recommended we will consider someone with the relevant time in a slightly lower position. You will be working in the restaurant and will be required for events as well. The right candidate will be able to work autonomously and be a part of a larger company!
