Head Chef required for a busy pub out of Rocky. Large growing company with room for movement.

We are seeking a hands-on, driven and experienced Head Chef to take the reigns and lead the team. An opportunity not to be missed to take over your own kitchen with fantastic future growth options within the company.

Skills and Attributes

• Previous experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role is essential, pub restaurant preferable
• Exposure to financials including labor and food costings
• Able to lead and mentor all kitchen team members
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced service
• Has creativity and knowledge of produce
