The Role

We are looking for an experienced Cook with exceptional skills and knowledge about the hospitality industry. Must be able to think outside the box and bring your own personality into creating and establishing the Venue.

Skills and Experience

Must have a strong personality & great customer service

• Assist in maintaining a high standard of catering and presentation services in conjunction with management and residents.
• Have knowledge of textured modified food preparation
• Ensure that dietary requirements of residents are met
• Ensure that hygiene, food storage, food distribution and serving of meals are maintained at a standard that adheres with organisational policy and standards
• Provide a high quality and efficient food service
• Ensure day to day catering services to residents are maintained
• Provide quality service to residents
• Display a positive attitude through your attendance, presentation, punctuality and reliability
