To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as a National Account Executive supporting Global Customers and Export.

This role supports with the profitable and sustainable sales and growth of PepsiCo products within Global Customers through the execution of the Global Customers strategy and supporting the management of the Export business and new opportunities.

The position requires someone who has solid experience in FMCG with exposure to organised accounts, a project management background, and the ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a good business outcome for PepsiCo and the Customer.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage promotional program development and execution with customers
  • Ensure accurate financial accruals for promotional program
  • Deliver and manage new product launches and changes
  • Review new business opportunities within the channel
  • Provide customer specific category forecasting and analysis
  • Assist in gathering information and preparing business reviews
  • Partner with Supply Chain to maximise service levels
  • Action ad-hoc requests from customers
  • Support with database and systems management as required

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous exposure to Aldi and Costco or organised accounts in a FMCG company preferred
  • Project management, planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify category trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver business outcomes
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and results driven with a ‘can do’ attitude
