The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team supporting an important Australian Defence facility in Darwin, Northern Territory.


The Supply Chain Specialist will perform a variety of duties including: sourcing, procurement and inventory management of spare parts and materials; warehouse operations; stock take and asset management; and operation of enterprise asset management and supply chain processing systems.


  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in: procurement, supply chain processes and use of enterprise asset management and supply chain processing systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in: inventory control and asset management.
  • Demonstrated experience with safe use of manual handling equipment and warehouse operations.
  • Previous experience with ‘Chemalert' or a similar chemicals management software would be preferred, but not essential.
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Australian Government security requirements.

Security Clearance

  • The preferred applicant will be required to successfully undergo the security clearance vetting process at the POSITIVE VETTING level. The preferred applicant must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information for whole of life.

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
