Are you an Engagement Manager with experience in facilitating workshops with a broad range of stakeholders? Do you enjoy working in a Federal Government environment? Are you an Australian Citizen with a security clearance or be in the process of obtaining one?

Compas is seeking an Engagement Manager to work with our Federal Government client for a 6-month contract with possible 6-month extension. To be suitable for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated experience working closely with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver a complex body of work.

• Facilitate workshops with a broad range of stakeholders, including leading consultation activities.
• Ability to manage relationships and leverage an understanding of stakeholder requirements.
• Development of a wide range of artefacts to support engagement and consultation activities, including presentation materials, briefing notes, key messaging, and stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• (Desirable) Experience in leading complex consultation and engagement activities.
• (Desirable) Involvement in complex stakeholder engagement activities within Government.
