Our client a Scientific organisation is currently looking for experienced Customer Service representative to join their existing Customer Service Team starting immediately based in Scoresby for a 3month contract role.

We are currently seeking a proven Customer Service Representative who has exceptional customer service skills and strong problem solving skills. This role will see you handling inbound calls and emails from clients who are following up items, this role will see you investigate outstanding queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, you will have the ability to learn new information and always seek to provide the best service to the customer and have a strong technical aptitude.

 What we are looking for:

• Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
• Experience working with complex products
• Previous experience working in a technical help desk will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience working in a structured environment with KPIs / targets
• Ability to pick up technical information quickly
• Strong investigative and problem solving skills
• Intermediate level competence in computer skills specifically Microsoft Office suite applications – Excel, Work & Outlook
