Your New Position
Will see you operating in a cutting edge team environment dealing with leading technologies.
- Your work will focus on supporting existing, valuable customers as the frontline contact for issues escalation for L1 support.
- You will field calls from a range of different clients, assessing their issues and providing a remedy or bringing the problem to the relevant technical resource within the engineering team through escalation.
- You will be aligned with accounts and be expected to form and maintain ongoing, trusting relationships with individual stakeholders.
Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working in a structured support environment - ideal
- A technical background in Microsoft - AZ-900, MD-100 and MD-101 - ideal
- Exceptional communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- A natural flare for problem solving
