As an experienced internal recruiter and hr specialist I know you have a checklist when looking for that next great long-term career move, so lets see how we do:

As you are still reading Im assuming we just ticked a few boxes so a little more detail about us and what we are looking for. Our business has 2 key areas of focus, one being water filtration and the other solar. Our sales teams are very successful and growing rapidly. 2020 has been a huge year and we have grown to over 100 employees in 3 states. 2021 will be even bigger and we expect this headcount to double.
To support this rapid growth we need the help of an exceptional individual. Key things Im looking for:
- Significant internal recruitment experience. Ideally in a sales/contractor environment. This is THE critical function of this role
- Human resources experience
- A love of people and all the complexity they bring
- The ability to have compassionately tough conversations
- An enjoyment of working in a high energy, results driven environment
