Our client is about to embark on a major digital transformation program that will touch every process and aspect of their business. As a leading non bank lender, our client is looking to leverage digital technology, automation and the best minds and talent to build a world class service where applicants will have loan approvals in minutes rather than days.

As a result, we are seeking to hire an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong experience across the lending landscape, especially from an online / digital and loan origination point of view.

To be considered for this role you should have the following skills and experience;

• Tertiary Degree in a related discipline is preferred
• At least 8+ years IT industry experience
• Minimum of 4+ years as a Business Analyst within financial services
• Ideally, knowledge of consumer finance or loan/mortgage origination processes would be highly regarded
• Digital / Online experience encompassing B2C websites, eCommerce and payments / credit
• Experience in AGILE practices including writing Epics and User Stories
• Experience in working on multiple small projects concurrently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Formal BA certifications such as BABOK would be preferred

Our client currently offers a week with a mix of working from home and a day or two in the office each week. You should be able to ultimately work in Sydney's Inner West eventually.
