We are working in partnership with a locally based, market leading business who due to increased demand are keen to appoint additional Customer Service expertise.
To be successful you must have the natural ability to make customers feel at ease and deliver a memorable and personalised service to all.
You will have the know-how to actively listen, problem solve and the resilience to manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Duties include:
- Managing the customer sales cycle, keeping them informed of timelines, updates and changes to schedule.
- Providing information and advice on relevant products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
- Handling all general enquiries via email and phone.
- Working collaboratively to understand and meet individual customer needs.
Who will suit?
- Availability to start at short notice and commit on a casual basis is essential.
- Previous experience working within a contact centre or role that required a high level of customer service is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to easily build rapport.
- Resilient nature and strong problem solving skills.
- IT Literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.
