We have partnered with one of the leading Electricity providers in Perth who are seeking a bright, enthusiastic Sales Executive for an exciting new project. The role will initially be for around 3 months but for the right candidate there is the possibility of an extension/ permanency.

This is a real opportunity to use your creative and innovative sales skills to prospect and target new clients.

The Role

In this role you will be:

  • Researching the market and identifying potential target business customers
  • Maintaining a planned approach to the sales process including documented planning, building pipeline, designing proposals, negotiating commercial terms etc
  • The delivery of sales pitches to potential business customers
  • Capturing and recording feedback from business customers to form the basis of business improvements
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders to share best practice and drive continuous improvement

Experience Required

  • Two to five years previous experience in business development, acquisition sales or field based sales gained within Energy or technical sales
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales
  • Must be self-motivated, trustworthy and with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels of external stakeholders
  • Well organised with experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Positive attitude and "love of selling"
  • A team attitude is absolutely necessary
