About Our Client

Our client is a supplier of specialist equipment to the medical sector. They have a broad service offering that includes the long-term hire and service of a range of imagine, treatment and diagnostic equipment for multiple medical disciplines. Due to major growth, they are opening a distribution centre to better service their WA-based customers.

Job Description

Initially this role will be focused on assisting with the set up and implementation of the new distribution centre strategy. Working with the project team, you will be the key contact on the ground ensuring the warehouse is best-suited to deliver the best possible service to customers.

Once the warehouse is set-up you will be responsible for the efficient running of the reverse logistics function with the focus on ensuring availability of equipment and growing and managing a high-performing team.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing continuous improvement projects
  • Excellent people leadership skills
  • An understanding of high-value reverse logistics operations
  • Exposure to complex hire fleets
