You will be in charge of recruiting new staff for our valued clients. The role will have flexibility to work from the office and from home.

The Recruitment Coordinator's key focus will be conducting recruitment drives on behalf of our valued clients and selecting the best of the best. The role will also involve screening through CV's, conducting phone screens, face to face interviews, reference checks and administration of applications.

Your experience as a Disability Support Worker or a HR professional will put you in a valuable position to look out for the skills and characteristics we are seeking from our workforce.

Your communication skills, problem solving ability and your exceptional organisational skills will be on show.

Training will be provided via microsoft Teams (video conferencing) and face to face in Sydney once travel is back to normal.

You will be responsible for the recruitment of new staff, on boarding and compliance of our temporary pool of Support Workers & Nurses.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Previous experience working in the Health Care Industry; a nursing or disability background would be highly desirable.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a "can do" attitude to WOW our clients.
  • a great phone manner and
  • A team player with the ability to build and retain teams.
  • Advanced computer skills and phone skills
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills are a must
