Recruitment Coordinator (Maternity Leave Contract)

The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an engaging and dedicated recruitment coordinator/administrator to join our team on a 6 month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension to 12 months.

The main focus for this position will be recruiting and onboarding Chefs & Utility staff on a permanent basis for our remote mining village operations located throughout Western Australia.

You will be highly organised and flexible to the constantly changing needs of the business in regards to recruitment needs and will have a bright, friendly and strong customer service focus to both your internal customers and applicants to Cater Care.

What this role involves:

  • End to end recruitment
  • Placement of job advertising on job boards and social media platforms
  • Interviewing of candidates (face-to-face & video)
  • Applicant reviews and short-listing
  • Offer of Employment related administration
  • Assistance in mobilising successful candidates to site
  • General recruitment related duties & administration including booking/revision of pre employment medicals
  • Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally

What we require from you:

  • Stable & progressive employment within hospitality/recruitment administration
  • Excellent sourcing skills through multiple advertisement and social media platforms
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Attention to detail and personal presentation
  • Embraces teamwork, but able to work autonomously
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google Suite)
  • Exposure to Recruitment Tools such as Scout
  • Exposure to remote catering recruitment highly regarded
