The Role:

A great opportunity has become available with atWork Australia for a Job Support Coach based in our Osborne Park site.This is a dynamic role supporting up to 30 customers to sustain employment by providing interventional support.

A Job Support Coach has a caseload of Post Placement Support (PPS) & Ongoing Support (OS) clients to provide 'on the job' / ongoing support and ensure participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on the job support to participants and employers to ensure participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment;
  • Effectively manage a caseload of post placement support and ongoing support participants by providing tailored on the job support and ongoing support Preparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments;
  • Run tracker meetings with Job Coaches, Employer Engagement Consultants and Regional Managers to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are tracked;
  • Actively engage with clients to positively advocate the atWork brand; and
  • Passing internal and external audits in line with Disability Employment Services contract.

This opportunity is a Full Time Max Term Contract until June 30, 2023.

About You:

  • Effective and efficient at communicating information;
  • Dynamic and has the ability to service our clients remotely;
  • Afforded the ability to create your own scheduled your own working week.
  • Ability to successfully manage a caseload;
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPI's;
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills; and
  • Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies.
