JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role:
This role will provide administration support to the Jandakot Production Managers and staff of Schenck Process. Specifically, you will:
- Assist with preparing strip and inspect reports for submission to the customer service team.
- Administration of the timesheet system (Kronos) for production and warehouse teams
- Creating job packs in preparation for work to begin on projects.
- Updating Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Data entry and creating reports for Production KPIs and performance
- Assisting with purchasing of consumables, tools and equipment for the workshop
- Releasing pick lists
- Assisting with planning and job scheduling
- Supporting the implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
As an ideal applicant, you must possess the following:
- SAP experience
- Experience working in an operations environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to work to deadlines and to manage competing demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- An understanding of and focus on HSE.
