JOB DESCRIPTION
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact for property and fleet enquiries
- Provide high level administrative support to the National team as needed
- Assist with stationery orders, meeting room bookings, lockers and lost property
- Maintain office equipment (e.g. photocopiers) and building access requests
- Assist with fleet management tasks including servicing, registers and inspections
- Handle and escalate property issues
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including building management and contractors
Your profile will demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role (e.g. facilities or property management, refurbishments, etc.)
- Government experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Australian citizenship
