Is an end-to-end waste management and recycling company, providing solutions across the entire waste management supply chain.

Your new role

Due to rapid expansion in digital strategy and market presence, we require a six-month resource to deliver on some critical business projects.The Digital & Social Media Specialist is responsible for the execution of digital strategy across our website, SEM/SEO, Socials and other platforms. You will be responsible for the following;

Key Duties

  • Manage SEM strategy, planning and investment to maximise revenue of e-commerce platform.
  • Develop and execute the Social Media Strategy and supporting content calendar.
  • Manage the Social Media community including responses to enquiries as well as social listening (for brand mentions, competitor activity and messages relating to the work we do).
  • Lead web enhancements across our e-commerce, Investor and Sustainability departments.
  • Support Digital and Social Media Manager to manage key agency relationships and retainer.
  • Execute customer eDMs as required by the business.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs pertaining to the website, Social Media channels and other digital tools.
  • Any other duty as reasonably directed by the Digital and Social Media Manager or GM CX and Marketing.
  • SEQ responsibilities as specified in MAN002 SEQ Management Plan
  • Carry out all duties in line with policies, procedures and processes as amended.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Communications, Marketing or related field).
  • Min 5 years related work experience within an organisation or agency.
  • Expert understanding of new and existing digital content delivery methods

    including SEO, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and methods for measuring success through data.
  • Strong work ethic complemented by a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of the waste/recycling industry.
  • Experience managing social media for a publicly listed company will be highly regarded.
