This role is an inbound services position within the Business banking team with one of the Big 4 banks.
The opportunity is an ongoing temp role with a view to permanency.
About the candidate:
- Experienced call center professional from - banking not necessary
- Customer service background (retail, hospitality, etc.)
- A financial services graduate from university and looking for to get into your first role in banking
- Computer Savvy and able to manage multiple systems
This is an opportunity for you to start your career in Banking. There will be an extensive 4-6 weeks training for the role.
