About the Role

Looking for an experienced PMO analyst/project coordinator to provide planning, reporting, coordination and governance support. The role is an initial 3 month contract working 4 days per week. Key duties include:

  • Support Continuous Improvement workshops & planning
  • Arrange and prepare meeting packs and other reporting
  • Perform quality checks of deliverables and reports produced by the program
  • Supporting the onboarding, timesheet management and processes
  • Contribute towards design of continuous improvement processes, training and other documentation, including supporting the implementation


  • 3 months experience in JIRA Tool application
  • Experience in working in a PMO
  • Solid communication and business partnering skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • A proven ability to work in a team and independently.
