The role:

Manage a well functioning team of clinical and care staff in a beautiful setting where you will be supported in all aspects of your role. You will be responsible for overseeing high quality care, general operations and day to day running of a high standard smaller facility. Your job is made easier by the support you will get to do it properly…..Not only will you have access to your own ACFI officer on site, you will also be supported by a HR advisor on site and due to the unique set up of this facility, you will also work alongside and be supported by additional Facility Manager’s who manage facilities on located the same beautiful site. This is a community where you can grow, be supported and make a difference without all the stress.


  • Will ideally have experience as a Facility Manager, or you may be a very strong and experience Care Manager looking for the right opportunity to step up, but without being thrown in the deep end. This is your chance.
  • You will be an AHPRA registered RN - but you may also have a non clinical background, but you will have an outstanding record as an aged care Facility Manager
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of ACFI and funding tools
  • A passion for aged care and making a difference
