JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be working with a small Application development and support team to assist in maintaining highest standards of quality across the Applications portfolio. You will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of tests of solutions utilising modern technologies.
6 month contract with possible extension. Must have current Baseline clearance. Canberra location
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, the occupant of this position is expected to:
- Plan, design and execute testing activities to ensure the quality of services
- Manage the resolution of defects identified during system and user acceptance testing
- Work in an agile team and directly engage with business analysts and business representatives to understand functional requirements and user expectations
- Test and advise on the overall user experience and system usability from the end user perspective.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated test suite within an existing framework
- Document all testing related activities
- Undertake other relevant duties, as guided by the team lead or section manager
