We have two Full Time Exempt Executive Assistant positions available, reporting to the Director of Finance and the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain respectively. The Executive Assistant is responsble for a comprehensive range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge in order to support the directorate' program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations. $74,629.22 to $100,390.27 per annum, 38 hours per week.

HealthShare NSW are looking for an effective communicator with strong written skills. Someone who is highly accountable and who acts with integrity, possessing the ability to effectively manage and organise their workflow and that of others to ensure optimised service delivery.

Above all, we are seeking an individual with proven experience managing numerous competiting priorities within a large, complex service organisation. About the opportunity

You will be responsible for a range of administrative and services supporting the Director and Directorate, including but not limited to routine correspondense and reports, diary management, travel arrangements, managing expenses, organising meetings and events, generating reports, leading coordination of activties, collecting and compiling information for documentation preparation, responding to enquiries and providing a single point of contact, escalating and redirecting issues as required, within a timely and effective manner. The Executive Assistant is also repsonsible for monitoring, implementing and evaluating processes, systems and procedures and identifying improvements to optimise efficiency and support the delivery of quality outcomes. There are multiple Full Time Exempt (up to 25 February 2022) positions graded as a Health Manager Level 1 with an annual salary of $74,629.22 to $100,390.27 (Excl. 9.5% superannuation). Locations, St Leonards.

  • Providing examples, when have you had to use excellent written and numerical skills with an ability to accurately prepare written documents including correspondence, briefs, reports, presentations and submissions.

You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
