Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS4 Contract Planner.This position is located in their busy Robina office for an initial 12 month contract.
 
About the Position
The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in service delivery areas and may undertake some research and analysis activities.
Duties/Requirements/Skills

• Gather information from stakeholders over the phone 
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify current and future support 
• Resolving issues and complaints in relation to participant plans 
• Completing administrative and data entry tasks as required 
• Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators
• An understanding or lived experience with disability desired 
• Experience working within a government sector or similar role desired
