About the role;
As their National Sales gun, your job will be to proactively win new business, dealing with corporate businesses from multiple industries you must be comfortable selling products and services that are of high monetary value to the top dogs and decision-makers. You will have a hunger for winning business and not just closing a deal but nurturing the ongoing relationship. You will work closely with the existing sales rep as well as the marketing team to create specific and targeted campaigns, tapping into any and every industry, promoting innovative designated wellness spaces and lounges. 

Being a newly created role, you will have free range to build new business and show off your selling skills. Be a part of creating the foundation on which this business will flourish. This is your opportunity to get in early and enjoy the fruits of your labor as the business expands.

Your target market will include businesses such as resorts, retail spaces, workplaces, residential developments, retirement villages, airports, the list is endless. 
 
About you;

  • Build and maintain a new client base to support growth targets
  • End to end solution sales process management – proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing. Both face to face and on the phone. 
  • Significant sales and business development experience – preferably not industry-specific
  • Very comfortable with outbound calls and building relationships with key stakeholder and decision-makers over the phone (globally)
  • Highly organised with excellent process development skills 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proven track record of sales success


$90,000 - $100,000 base salary + commission
