My client is a Northern Beaches Agency that have an established presence within the luxury market, a reputation for their premium customer service, and continuous success!!!
Supporting a Director and his team, this is a fast-paced role that will see you join a big selling group of professionals. As a “go-to” person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management, and organisational skills. On a daily basis, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
The Role:
- Provide full administration support
- Diary management
- Book advertising and upload to portals
- Database management
- Take responsibility for the coordination of all marketing and advertising
- Contact and liaise with vendor, solicitors, valuers
- Prepare proposals, presentations & reports
- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant
The Candidate:
- Have a strong administration background in Real Estate or Corporate Property
- A Current Certificate of Registration
- Proficient in Campaign track or other real estate programs
- Provide a high stand of customer service
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
