This CBD education provider has developed a reputation as a market leader. Due to market changing conditions, an ongoing temporary contract has been made available for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator.

Your new role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for candidate attraction and selection, matching applicant skills with internal line managers' job requirements. Liaising with external recruitment providers, you will ensure a smooth end to end recruitment process, screening applicants and conducting interviews in order to give your recommendations to the recruitment team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar recruitment support role, with exposure to end to end recruitment methodologies. It is essential that you have intermediate to advanced skills in the MS Office Suite along with an understanding of recruitment databases. High volume recruitment experience will also be viewed favourably.
