This firm is a very successful Financial Planning practice in the Newcastle CBD. They are looking for a superstar Client Services Manager to join their growing team. In this role you will directly support a team of Financial Advisers. 

The company is going through a growth phase and they want someone who can develop and grow with the firm over the next few years. 

Salary: Up to $70,000 plus super, however may be flexible depending on experience.

As part of this role you will:

• Be a point of contact for clients
• Maintain client relationships
• Provide full adviser support 
• Maintain files and database records 
• Perform all relevant administration tasks in accordance to Financial Planning
• Manage a small team and delegate tasks to Client Services Officers
• Arrange client appointments
• Prepare forms and documents
• Be proactive and diligent
• Have the ability to work without supervision

About you:

• At least 4 years experience working in an Australian Financial planning firm.
