A unique opportunity to join an established business in Sydney's Inner West in a 12 month fixed term contract
Your new company
Providing services Australia wide this well established business has not stopped during the pandemic and continues to grow from strength to strength.
Your new role
Priding themselves on the passion of their team and outstanding customer service, your role will involve the day to day running of their busy office. Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Answer all incoming calls and distribute
- Receive, scan and distribute all mail received
- Data entry of reports from certain departments
- Manage all employee Birthday communication
- Collate and compile the monthly newsletter
- Organise couriers
- Support HR with collating employee induction pack
- Ensure kitchen is kept stocked and tidy
- Stock of stationery, maintain office equipment and organisation of maintenance contractors
This is a full time 12 month fixed term contract and you will be available to commit to the full 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have experience in a similar role and understand the importance of excellent customer service
- You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You will be highly organised and have a good attention to detail
- Intermediate experience on MS Office Suite
