We are seeking an experienced Manager for this busy venue located in the spectacular Kimberley region of remote Western Australia.

This Roadhouse boasts a caravan park, ensuited 'donga' hotel, fuel station, storefront, restaurant, and a pool to cool down in at the end of the day. This is a fantastic place to live and work.

Immediate Start

Package:
$62,500 per annum Single (Neg)
Free accommodation and meals
Company vehicle for use
4 weeks annual leave

The roadhouse is fully self sufficient. The run off generator power, bore water etc

Duties:
Complete day to day management of the roadhouse in a hands on capacity assisting in & overseeing all areas
Recruitment, training, rostering and mentoring of on site staff (approx seven staff on site)
Management of stock including stock control, stock ordering, freight logistics and regular stock takes
Cash handling including counting and balancing of tills, float and safe counts, banking processes (beacon point of sale)
Processing of time sheets on site (payroll done off site)
Monitoring of fuel, fuel dips, fuel ordering, safety procedures etc
Adhering to liquor licensing regulations
Liaise with local suppliers, police, liquor licensing and communities when required
Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:
Must have previous remote area management experience
Previous experience with roadhouses or similar management
Must have or be able to obtain relevant liquor license
Must hold a current Manual Drivers License
Have or obtain prior to commencement a National Police Check
Access is via sealed roads from Broome or Kununurra
