You will have autonomy, very clear direction, and support throughout your journey.

About you and your new role:

  • Manage all Inbound, Email, and LiveChat inquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner
  • Have previously used Salesforce or a similar CRM would be desirable however not essential
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced Inbound Contact Centre environment
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Confidentiality is a must when explaining the benefits of Plan Management
  • Enrolling of new participants
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Managing enquiries - determine the nature of the enquiry and provide the relevant solution - follow up is essential to ensure resolution
  • Ability to show empathy and have a caring nature.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Adhere to required call scripting where necessary
