This trainee position within our Windows and Doors Customer Service Team provides a first step in a career within the JELD-WEN Group of businesses located at our Geelong Office Location.

This full time role provides a vital link between both our external and internal customers and assist the team in ensuring our on time completion of jobs.

You will provide vital support to our sales team by working directly with Sales Representatives in respect of the complete of quotes for customers ensuring data is collected and inputted accurately to ensure quality customer service. Your commitment to customer service is essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of high customer service standards;

The successful candidate will be employed under a trainee agreement with the successful complete of a Certificate in Business on the job a requirement of the job.

This role is strictly an entry level position and would suit an individual starting out on a career path with a strong interest in the sales and/or administration fields.
