JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity for a permanent, part-time receptionist has become available. This role is based front of house and is an integral position to the organisation and out client. Meeting and greeting visitors at reception and also taking all phone enquiries. There are also administration duties as part of the position. The successful candidate must have a friendly attitude, with a focus on providing a high-quality customer experience. The part-time hours in this role are Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 5:00pm, however flexibility is required.

Responsibilities in the role;

The first point of contact for phone enquiries and greeting visitors
Answering basic queries or referring them to the appropriate department or manager
Managing security passes for visitors to the building
Administering couriers, maintaining the booking system for pool cars
Preparing meeting rooms and hot desks
Ordering stationery, kitchen supplies and business cards
Maintaining board meeting rooms to a high standard
General office support as required

The desirable candidate;

Will be confident, articulate and will have excellent presentation
High level interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
Good telephone technique, computer skills and technical ability
A minimum of 2-3 years reception experience
Organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to deal with conflicting demands
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in an organisation that holds their values and ethics in high regard is desirable
