We are looking to add a Trainer Assessor to our existing HSEQT team. The entry level for this role varies and the position is Geraldton based with site travel required. We are keen to hear from Heavy Vehicle Operators with a Cert IV in Training and Assessing alternately an All Round Senior Operator looking to upskill and train the next generation! RDH will look at assisting the right candidate in getting their Cert IV to support the roles requirements.

Highly regarded:
Cert IV TAE Training and Assessment TA40116
Previous work experience with an RTO
Previous site experience as a Trainer Assessor
Essential:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating mobile plant equipment in civil road works environment
Nationally accredited tickets to support your experience
Excellent written and oral skills
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
A positive attitude to Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training
A sound understanding and knowledge of safe mining and earth-moving practices
The ability to influence and promote a positive safety culture while facilitating the development of practical solutions to improve safety outcomes
A sound understanding of Safety Management systems and Risk Management strategies
