Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Supply and Distribution Manager.This position is located in their busy Parramatta office for an initial 6 month contract.
 
About the Position
The Supply and Distribution Manager will provide subject matter expert advice and direction for the development of Business Experience Platform (BxP) in the areas of program management and governance of infrastructure capital program, project accounting and achieving investment program outcomes.
Duties

• Project Pipeline Management
• Planning deliverables (eg candidate projects, scope)
• Forecasting of forward program (5yr) against baseline budget
• Balancing investment against program outcomes
• Macro-Scheduling, works coordination and resource allocation
• Cost estimating
• Monthly performance reporting
• Data analysis and early issues identification
• Program and investment value analysis (eg tracking cost benefit/marginal benefit and feeding into program planning)
• Delivery Performance (eg unit cost, milestones) and trend analysis
• Program risk profiling
• Assurance program management and execution
• PIR management

Requirements/Skills

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (eg : Finance, Business, project management) and experience
• 3+ years’ experience working with SAP ERP; primarily EPPM and/or Finance
• Sound knowledge of program, portfolio management concepts and associated issues, challenges and opportunities
• Well-developed understanding of best practice program governance and assurance methods
• Understanding of PMO technical support skills (scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, etc)
