About Dash Group; 
Dash group was founded three years and ago has strong networks in construction, engineering, healthcare, infrastructure, and facilities management. 

Due to growth, we are now seeking an experienced labor hire consultant to join a team of four. 
We currently have a strong labor-hire business in Melbourne and Canberra, we now seeking to expand that business model into NSW.
We have the systems, operations, and finance to have 200 - 400 contractors on site. 

You will ideally have experience managing a contractor team with-in construction, engineering, civil, or rail. 

This role would be ideal for a senior consultant seeking a career path into management or an established manager looking for a career change/ stronger commission structure. 

About yourself; 
You will ideally have had four years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account management with-in recruitment or out-band sales. 
We are seeking a dynamic and focused manager/ senior consultant to join a high-performing team. 
Your day to day duties but not limited to; 

• Business Development and building a labor hire team
• Reverse Marketing 
• Using our CRM system, Linkedin and seek
• Growing our candidate and client database 
• Filling roles including nurses, management, and contracts roles 
• Managing a national portfolio 

Selection Criteria; 

• Four years recruitment experience 
• Four years of business development experience 
• Two recent references 
• Strong time management 
• A keen eye for detail
