Perenti Group have a vacancy for a suitably experienced Events Coordination Officer in our Perth Office. This role will be responsible for the coordination of the planning, logistics and delivery for Perenti’s group-wide events, including high profile industry conferences. The Events Coordination Officer will develop and implement Perenti’s corporate hospitality strategy to help maximise existing assets for business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
Work with stakeholders to develop a corporate hospitality program to maximise existing assets for business development opportunities and employee engagement / rewards
Liaise with internal clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality

The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer
Impressive portfolio of previously managed conference / events (industry, meetings, corporate events)
Excellent time management and communication skills
The ability to build productive business relationships and work as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
