Office Administrator. Lower North Shore. $50-55k+super depending on experience.

Your new company
A successful distribution company for over fifty years, with over 200 employees nationally, holding a prestigious presence in the market, a dynamic and innovative business. Due to growth and internal progression they are seeking an experienced Administrator to coordinate the smooth running of the office along with managing the Reception area.

Your new role
Your main responsibilities will be to provide front desk cover along with ensuring the administration support to the sales and senior management teams. On a daily basis your duties will involve the below:

  • Answering and diverting all calls
  • Ordering office supplies and stationary
  • Report generation via Excel
  • Creation of invites for events
  • Processing invoices and claims
  • Setting up PowerPoint presentations for the Sales Team
  • Stationary and stock control
  • Manage bookings of external demo meetings
  • Admin support to the area sales teams
  • Ad-hoc administration duties

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be experienced in coordinating the administration function of a busy office together with Reception duties. A motivated, self starter you will demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages with Indesign being preferable but not essential.
