No two days are the same
In Food Services, everything moves fast. Distributors need stock in real time and your ability to manage requests, communicate and deliver will see you soar.
You will be mentored by a Senior Account Manager who will fully support your ramp up.

What does the role involve?
In this role you handle many customers simultaneously. This team is deeply connected and interacting all day long. Work from the dynamic office environment and from home from 8-5 on weekdays. Be available for occasional requests out of hours due to different time zones.
Within a few months, you will be up to speed with the team, products and systems.

Managing existing accounts

  • Respond to client requests via phone and email.
  • Manage short time frames for quotes, stock and delivery logistics.
  • Communicate and delegate to support staff.
  • Negotiate pricing with clients in line with market competition.
  • Understand and use the powerful CRM.
  • Work with the Senior Accounts Manager who will train you directly.

Growth and development

  • Send a turbo email to your database once a month.
  • Learn to become an Expert in Dairy through team upskilling.
  • Prepare for your next growth phase as this Company promotes from within.

INCOME: $80,000 base with commissions of $10-15K in the first year, paid monthly. Plus super, phone, laptop, etc.
