£10,626 - £11,418 (20 Hours per week)
Inch View Primary & Nursery School, Glenearn Community Campus, Perth

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Campus Support Assistant to join our busy team, on a permanent basis, at Inch View Primary & Nursery School, working throughout the full year (non-term time), 20 hours per week - 5 days a week.

Working as part of a team in our busy school office, the successful candidate will carry out a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the operation of the school. This also entails providing a reception function in the community campus to help create a friendly, welcoming, caring, professional service and environment for all visitors and users.

You will have the ability to work effectively on your own or as part of a team, be a good multi-tasker, work well under pressure and have the ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with the requirements of GDPR.

The Individual

Good ICT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications are essential.
This role will have first aid responsibilities and although a current first aid certificate is desired, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
